Large Organic White Sage Smudge Stick

The white sage found in this smudge stick is organically grown and sustainably harvested in the southern desert of California, following the traditional practices of Native Americans who have long used white sage in cleansing rituals to purify spaces and attract positive energy. When burned, the stick releases a sweet, woody and herbaceous aroma that is distinctive and creates a calming and cleansing atmosphere.

To use, hold the smudge stick at a downward angle, light the tip, and let it burn briefly before blowing out the flame so that only smoke remains. Gently direct the smoke around your body or space, allowing it to linger for a purifying effect. Once finished, place the stick in a fireproof bowl and extinguish it in sand.
