Refund policy

Whether you are not satisfied with an item or have simply changed your mind, a member of our team will happily assist you in the returns process. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel, providing your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.

Please note that we can only accept unopened items in their original condition and that some items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund you the full value of your items.
